The field mobility solution allows the mobile workforce to access information on their mobile handheld device while out in the field which would normally only have access to information at head office. This solution works in two application:
- The cloud base application software that can be access remotely on your computer at head office.
- Handheld application that is programed onto the hand held device which allows your workers to access information.
Handheld application
By providing each of the mobile worker with hand held devices with the application software they will have access to all the information that they need to complete their tasks for the day. From head office they can send out the daily schedules and planned routes to their handheld devices. The mobile workforce will then be able to input information into the hand held as they work so they can scan and capture images and report back to head office. Once the service is done the mobile worker can capture a digital signature as proof of service being conducted.
