VisionID win Best Employer for Training, Development and Well Being.
On October 18th, VisionID was proudly named the winners of the award for Best Employer for Training, Development and Well Being, at the Tipperary Business Awards.
The Award Ceremony, hosted by the Tipperary Chamber of Commerce in the Clonmel Park Hotel celebrated the very best of business throughout the county of Tipperary.
Delighted to have been nominated and to have made it into the final 3, VisionID were thrilled to be named winners of this year’s award. This is a great achievement for the company and all of our employees.

Since opening its doors in 2000 VisionID has made the training and development of our employees a top priority. We have taken on graduates, who we worked with and offered training to, who now sit on our management board, and have their own teams to manage and mentor. Currently, we have one employee studying for their accountancy exams and another who is completing a degree in HR at the University of Limerick.
At VisionID we believe that by offering our employees training enables improved employee satisfaction and morale as well as increased productivity and adherence to quality standards. We work in an ever-changing industry, so to continue to be a leading data systems integrator, and ensure the best solutions to our customers we organise training from our manufacturers on all the latest technology. We have even had solution experts trained in technologies such as RFID, Cognex Vision Systems and Printing Technology, as well as industry experts in areas such as manufacturing and healthcare.
At VisionID we know the difficulties of balancing work and life commitments and pressures that can bring. To support our employee wellbeing, we also host guest speakers on topics such as “Managing Stress” and “Healthy Living”. As a company, we wish to ensure wellness in the workplace, and in doing so reduce elevated health risks, sustain staff morale and increase productivity.
