The 23rd HISI Annual Conference and Scientific Symposium
The 23rd HISI Annual Conference and Scientific Symposium is set to take place on the 6th and 7th of November in Croke Park. The HISI conference offers attendees the opportunity to see some of the latest developments in eHealth around Ireland and further afield. It also offers an opportunity to network, meet new colleagues and renew old acquaintances.
The theme of this year’s conference is Sharing is Caring and VisioinID is happy to confirm that the company will return to the conference to share information about a range of operational efficiency-enhancing services suitable to the healthcare sector.
Where to find us:
VisionID will be exhibiting at stand number 15, where members of our team will be displaying some of the latest healthcare data capture technology. Our team members will also answer any questions that attendees might have on how this technology can work in their hospital.
What you can expect:
VisionID will display a collaborative stand with GS1 and ASD offering full end to end solutions, covering software and hardware needs. Our healthcare-specific solutions include:
- Patient ID & Tracking.
- Specimen Tracking.
- Asset Management.
Patient ID & Tracking:
The first priority of all Hospitals is to ensure the safety and comfort of all of their patients. With a high number of patients passing through the wards every day, it can be difficult to keep track of all patients and ensure they only leave the hospital when fit to do so or accompanied by a staff member or loved one. Patient ID & Tracking helps to gain complete visibility of each patient journey through your hospital, with the use of products such as ZD510- HC wristband printer, which will feature at our stand at HISI.
It is no secret that working in Healthcare can be hectic and this demanding environment can often lead to errors occurring due to something small such as poor handwriting or misspelling. Specimen tracking will eliminate the risk of wrong diagnosis or incorrect treatment due to mislabelled samples with products like ZQ610 Healthcare Mobile Printer or Mobile Work Station.
Hospital equipment is by no means inexpensive, and can often take time to replace. It is vital that hospital staff have access to supplies and assets when needed. Equipment can be tracked and monitored using products such as the TC51 Touch Computer Series, which will reduce time searching misplaced equipment, allowing more time to focus on patient welfare.
For more information on the solutions we provide, please visit us at stall 15 on the 6th and 7th of November. Tickets for HISI can be purchased here. VisionID look forward to taking part in the event.
