Launch of the VisionID Academy
VisionID is delighted to announce that we have launched the VisionID Academy.
At VisionID we are constantly looking for new ways to optimise our customer's business productivity and operational efficiency by connecting their physical and digital operations. We have achieved this by continuously innovating, driving disruptive solutions, and investing in our high calibre dedicated team.
In the last number of months VisionID has been doing extensive work to develop our portfolio and keep up with digital transformation trends in order to support our customers through constant digital change. As a result of expanding our portfolio we have been able to launch our very own Academy for potential employees.
The VisionID Academy will offer tailored programmes in career areas such as Sales, IT, Administration and Operations with the opportunity to progress into full-time roles in VisionID. These programmes will be tailored to each individual based on their experience and areas of interest. Our entry level programmes are suited to those with no relevant qualification but are driven and have a desire to learn more about VisionID and the industry.
Whilst our intermediate and senior programmes are designed for people who have graduated from university or who have previous experience in their area of interest before, the programmes on offer within the Academy are ICT accredited up to the equivalent of a level 8.
In 2019 VisionID were proudly named the winners of the award for Best Employer for Training, Development and Well Being, at the Tipperary Business Awards. Training and Development is at the core of our ethos and is something we are constantly striving to improve on and develop for our employees.
