County Tipperary Business Awards 2019
VisionID is excited to announce that we have been nominated for Best Employer for talent development/training & wellness, alongside Boston Scientific and MSD as part of the County Tipperary Business Awards.
The awards, which take place on Friday 18th of October will be hosted by the Tipperary Chamber of Commerce and will showcase the very best business talent throughout the county.
VisionID is delighted to be nominated in this category as we place great value on employee development and continue to increase our investment in employee training year on year. When it comes to our employees, we work together to create a shared set of values amongst all employees and management to ensure a productive and engaging environment. At the core of this is talent development; offering our employees training enables improved employee satisfaction and morale as well as increased productivity and adherence to quality standards. Recently we have had employees train in areas such as HR, Accountancy and Workplace Wellbeing.
Employee well-being is also a strategic focus for VisionID. We know the difficulties of balancing work and life commitments and pressures that can bring. To support our employee wellbeing we also host guest speakers on topics such as “Managing Stress” and “Healthy Living”. VisionID has recently partnered up with Phoenix Strength and Condition to put a greater emphasis on healthy eating and exercise habits in the run-up to Christmas. Giving employees advise and tools to help them in achieving a good work/life balance. Ensuring wellness in the workplace reduces elevated health risks, sustains staff morale and increases productivity.
VisionID will continue to focus on the Training, Development and Wellness of each of our staff, as we strive to be a great place to work in Clonmel.
